In this short course for students, Rachel Kidson, our Educational Psychology Lead, will explore how you can deal with Maths Anxiety and stop it affecting your performance.

The course consists of several short videos where Rachel will lead you through each technique, with check-up questions throughout. The course should take no longer than 30 minutes to complete and can be revisited at any time.
