Welcome to the Motivation and Goal Setting Course 🚀

In this short course for students, by Rachel Kidson, our Educational Psychology Lead, we'll guide you through some of the leading ideas in motivational science, including how to break goals down into small, manageable steps, how to create a powerful habit and how to ensure these habits stick.

The course consists of several short videos where Rachel will lead you through each technique, with check-up questions throughout. The course should take no longer than 30 minutes to complete and can be revisited at any time.
